3RAHC, AOF/DFW and WAHC own tax-exempt bond financed projects rated under Standard & Poor's AHP Program.
4FSR/TN and CLT own tax-exempt bond financed property enhanced by HUD 223(F) loans.
5Beech Grove, AOF/Diplomat, AOF/SC, AOF/Bexar, AOF/Brookstone, AOF/Shadybrook and AHC own tax-exempt bond financed properties, which are unrated.
6AOF/Greenbriar owns a multifamily property financed with a FNMA loan.
7AOF/Pacific's main focus is acquiring and rehabilitating single-family homes in Southern California under the HUD 203(K) program.
8AOF TEXAS is an inactive entity that was formed to sponsor a specific project that was not consummated.
