Improvements and Site: The Project consist of 120 units in 10 two-story buildings. The Project was built in to phases in 1972 of wood framing and wood exterior construction. It is situated on an approximately 7.98 acre site.
Unit Features: The utilities for each unit are separately metered. Each unit has a kitchen equipped with an all electric kitchen, a walk-in closet and washer/dryer connections .
Amenities: Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and laundry facilities. The Project has approximately 256 parking spaces.
