Improvements and Site: The Project consist of 511 units in 32 two-story buildings. The Project was built in to phases in 1971 on concrete slab foundations with wood frame construction. It is situated on an approximately 21.9 acre site.
Unit Features: The utilities for each unit (other water and sewer) are separately metered. Each unit has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove and garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
Amenities: Amenities include two swimming pool, exercise room, steam room, playground and laundry facilities. The Project has approximately 1,022 parking spaces.
