Improvements and Site: The Project consist of 296 units in 4 two-story buildings. The builtings were constructed in two phases during 1968 and 1972 on concrete slab foundations with wood frame construction and brick (veneer) with wood siding exteriors. It is situated on an approximately 22.5 acre site.
Unit Features: The utilities for each unit (other than water and sewer) are separately metered. Each unit has a kitchen equiped with a refrigerator, stove and garbage disposal.. The units also have central air conditioning.
Amenities: Amenities include a swimming pool, two tennis courts, and laundry facilities. The Project has approximately 455 parking spaces.
