Raleigh Woods Apartments
Location: This Project is a multifamily rental housing project located at 3065 Raleigh-Millington in Memphis, Tennessee.
Improvements and Site: The Project consist of 427 units in two-story buildings. The Project was built in 1972 through 1976 on concrete slab foundations with wood frame construction with face brick (veneer). In October, 1995 32 units were damaged by fire. The rehabilitation of these units was completed in June, 1996. It is situated on an approximately 24 acre site.
Unit Features: The utilities for each unit (other than water and sewer) are separately metered. Each unit has a kitchen equipped with a stove, washer/dryers and garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The units also have ceiling fans, fireplaces and carpeting.
Amenities: Amenities include a two swimming pools, and three tennis courts.
