The President and staff of AOF have extensive experience managing multifamily assets. In addition, members of the Board of Trustees provide additional expertise in the areas of property management, law and investment banking.
AOF's Bylaws charge the Board of Trustees with the responsibility for administering the business affairs of the corporation. The Board meets not less than quarterly to determine policy, receive reports, consider expansion plans and to act on any other matter presented by the officers.
